Team Coaching

Jon - EMEA Leader (Developing high performance, growing awareness)

The Proposal: Jon asked us to create a development programme to grow interpersonal awareness across his remote European team. Working closely with each team member, we provided 1:1 coaching sessions and motivational analysis as a basis to design and facilitate a team session. The aim for the group was to identify strategies to further build team collaboration.

The Proposal: Microsoft approached us to design and facilitate a series of interactive wellbeing group sessions for their global leadership team. We worked together to create content to support individual wellbeing, mindful leadership and team collaboration. We created an informal space for action learning and reflection. The aim was for the group to leave the session with refreshed personal strategies to support their wellbeing for well-working.
